slow day

Here's a series of photos of Kyle goofing off on top of Angel's Landing:

Nothing too exciting happened here today, but I am updating anyways, just for you, Mom
I took Turbo into town after lunch today for an "evaluation" at the place where we are going to board him this weekend while Kyle's parents are in town.  He passed : )  And, it seemed like he had fun.  I will feel good about leaving him there this coming weekend.
Before taking Turbo, I went by one of the libraries in town to borrow a book that I heard about on NPR the other day.  It is called To Live or to Perish Forever: Two Tumultuous Years in Pakistan by Nicholas Schmidle.  I became really interested in books about this part of the world after reading Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson last summer (a great read!).  While Turbo was being "evaluated", I found a Starbucks and started my new book with a good cup of iced coffee...one of my favorite things to do : )

I just had to take Turbo outside to pee...in the dark...one of my least favorite things to do.  There were a few deer that scampered away, and somehow, Turbo didn't even notice them.  Hopefully his bladder will be able to hold off until morning now : )

Night!
